At Bye Berry, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed as quickly as possible after your order is placed.
Due to high demand from going viral on social media and our current transition to a new warehouse, order shipping times are currently estimated at 7–12 business days.
We truly appreciate your patience as our team works to process and ship every Bye Berry order as quickly as possible.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Bye Berry may offer free shipping during limited-time sales, special promotions, or select bundle offers.
When a free shipping promotion is active, eligible orders will receive free standard shipping at checkout.
After these limited-time offers end, standard shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $4.99.
Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Due to high demand from going viral on social media and our current transition to a new warehouse, order shipping times are currently estimated at 7–12 business days.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, warehouse transitions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.
If your tracking has not updated right away, this usually means the carrier is still processing the package.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Bye Berry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

We’ll do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
Bye Berry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local carrier, front desk, mailroom, or building management.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
7. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged or your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
8. Delayed Orders
Shipping delays may happen during holidays, major sales, severe weather, product launches, carrier delays, warehouse transitions, or periods of high demand.
If your order is delayed, please use your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Bye Berry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
9. Subscription and Autoship Orders
If you are enrolled in an autoship or subscription plan, each recurring order will follow the shipping rate and shipping policy in effect at the time the order is processed.
Free shipping may apply to subscription orders only if included in the subscription offer or active promotion.
If free shipping is not included or no free shipping promotion is active, the standard $4.99 shipping fee may apply.
10. Bundle Orders and Free Gifts
Some bundle offers may include free gifts, such as the Bye Berry Exfoliating Glove, during select promotions.
Free gifts are subject to availability and may change or sell out at any time.
If a free gift becomes unavailable, Bye Berry reserves the right to replace it with a similar item, remove it from the offer, or continue shipping the main purchased products without the free gift.
11. International Shipping
At this time, Bye Berry may only ship to select locations.
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or additional delivery fees required by their country.
Bye Berry is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged after checkout.
