3. Cancellation Timing

Subscription cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.

If your subscription has already renewed, been processed, packed, or shipped before the cancellation request is received, we may not be able to cancel that order.

Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges, but it does not automatically cancel, refund, or return orders that have already been processed.

4. Pausing, Skipping, or Updating Your Subscription

Instead of canceling, you may be able to pause, skip, or update your subscription.

  • Shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Product quantity
  • Next billing date

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

5. Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless approved by our support team or covered under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your Bye Berry product, you may contact us within 60 days of your order date to request assistance under our guarantee.

Refunds are reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Failed Payments

If your subscription payment fails, we may attempt to recharge your payment method.

You may receive email notifications requesting that you update your payment information.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused, delayed, or canceled.

7. Subscription Discounts and Promotions

Subscription discounts, free gifts, free shipping, and promotional benefits are subject to availability and may change at any time.

If a free shipping promotion is not active or not included in your subscription offer, the standard $4.99 shipping fee may apply.

Free gifts, including the Bye Berry Exfoliating Glove, may be offered during select promotions and are subject to availability.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the renewal date.

This includes canceling, pausing, skipping, updating billing information, or changing the shipping address before the next scheduled charge.

Bye Berry is not responsible for recurring orders that process because a customer did not cancel or update their subscription before the renewal date.
